Eine E-Mail genügt
Sende eine E-Mail von der oder mit Angabe der E-Mail-Adresse, die zu deinem Delikta-Konto gehört, an:
Bitte nenne darin die Konto-E-Mail-Adresse, damit wir das richtige Konto zuordnen können. Eine besondere Formulierung ist nicht nötig – der Hinweis „Account löschen" reicht.
Was passiert nach dem Antrag?
Nach Eingang deiner Anfrage löschen wir dein Konto sowie die damit verknüpften Daten. Dazu gehören insbesondere dein Spielstand, deine Ergebnisse zu den Tagesfällen und deine Serie (Streak). Die Bearbeitung erfolgt in der Regel innerhalb von 30 Tagen.
Sobald die Löschung abgeschlossen ist, lässt sich das Konto nicht wiederherstellen. Anonym gespielte Fortschritte ohne verknüpftes Konto sind nur lokal auf deinem Gerät gespeichert und werden durch Deinstallation der App entfernt.

A single email is enough
Send an email from, or stating, the email address associated with your Delikta account to:
Please include the account email address so we can identify the correct account. No special wording is required – stating “delete account” is enough.
What happens after the request?
Once we receive your request, we delete your account and the data linked to it. This includes in particular your game progress, your daily-case results and your streak. Processing usually takes place within 30 days.
Once deletion is complete, the account cannot be restored. Progress played anonymously without a linked account is stored only locally on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.
